Order online and pick up your order in store, for free!

The process is easy as:

1. Order your favourite Lovisa pieces online.

2. Select your preferred Lovisa store at checkout to collect your order from.

3. Allow 5-10 business days for our warehouse team to pick, pack and dispatch your order. 

4. Collect your order when notified by our team. You'll receive an email and SMS that your order is ready for collection. 

5. Be sure to have your confirmation email with you when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, ensure they have a copy of this too. 

6. You have 14 days to collect your parcel once you have received your notification to collect it; if you haven't collected your parcel by the 14th day, you will be automatically refunded.
